This suite can be interlinked with the adjoining sitting room “Bukkens Rike”.
This beautiful wild reindeer suite brings memories of hunting in the mountains above Skjåk. Fjelleventyret has for many years offered wild reindeer hunting in Skjåk. Since the habitat of the wild reindeer is shrinking, the reindeer population is carefully culled, to yield a healthy herd. Hunters from near and far have visited us, as demonstrated in our large guestbook.
Fjelleventyret is situated in the beautiful village Skjåk, where we can offer a wide variety of activities such as hiking, hunting, river rafting, canyoning, and unforgettable horseback riding trips. Our farm is at the foot of Breheimen national park, at the entrance of the idyllic Lundadalen. There is lots to see and do! You can spend many days here exploring the spectacular Geirangerfjorden by boat, and visiting beautiful mountain farms, Loen with its turquoise water, Jostedalen, Galdhøgpiggen, as well as our own little village Skjåk. Fjelleventyer is just a short drive from the popular village Lom and the nearby mountains of Sognefjellet, Jotunheimen, as well as the summer ski area Juvass.

The adjoining sitting room “Bukkens Rike” can be interlinked with the suite for an additional cost of Kr. 1500, – per night.
Lunch and dinner
Fjelleventyret is open to visitors for lunch and dinner in our restaurant Spiseriet every day between weeks 26-32.
The restaurant is open from 13:00 – 21:00.
We are fully licenced to serve beer, wine and spirits.
We offer free parking and electric car charging.
